Nicole Barbano Sipe – CEO

As CEO of Hunter Ambrose, Nicole leads the firm’s executive search and leadership work across healthcare, infrastructure, family office, and professional services. She partners with CEOs, boards, investors, and leadership teams on permanent search, interim leadership, and executive coaching, bringing nearly two decades of experience matching leaders with complex, highly visible organizations. Her work spans retained searches, coaching programs, and masterclasses, giving clients a practical, real-world perspective on leadership, succession, and organizational performance.

Justin Wade Sipe – COO

As COO, Justin leads the firm’s operations, finance, and vendor strategy, ensuring every engagement is supported by strong systems and disciplined execution. With more than 20 years of experience in multi-location operations and financial oversight, he oversees budgeting, forecasting, process design, and the operational infrastructure behind executive search work. Justin also contributes his financial and operational perspective to finance leadership searches, helping clients evaluate candidates through a pragmatic, performance-focused lens.

Annette serves as Clinical Consultant on innovation, technology, and Critical Access Hospital engagements, adding a clinical and operational lens to search and advisory work. Drawing on extensive leadership experience in hospital and service-line operations, she helps clients assess clinical environments, align leadership with care delivery priorities, and support sustainable improvements in outcomes and team performance.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, Julia leads creative and digital marketing strategy for key searches, helping clients tell their story in a way that attracts senior leadership talent. Nick A. Milne – Senior Consultant

As Senior Consultant at Hunter Ambrose, Nick supports the firm’s executive search engagements across healthcare, academia, finance, public utilities, and emerging technology. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has contributed to retained searches, candidate development, market research, and executive recruitment projects nationwide.

A magna cum laude graduate of Fordham University, Nick also serves as producer of the Hunter Ambrose Podcast and editor of The Hire, authored by Nicole Barbano. His work combines research, communication, and relationship-building to support successful outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
